Stone Hill Management Partners, LLC specializes in restoring and renovating historic homes, constructing or rebuilding of barns as well as significant outbuildings found on older estates. Whether its repairing an existing structure or building new homes and barns, we utilize reclaimed materials when and where they are appropriate.

Having spent the earlier part of his career building custom homes in Jackson Hole, WY, Casey Brooks returned to Greenwich, CT, in 1996 where he began renovating homes and managing high-end construction projects for a boutique project management and construction firm based in Rye, NY. With projects ranging from $5M-50M in Manhattan, Fairfield and Westchester Counties as well as the Eastern end of Long Island, Casey honed his skills on how to maintain tight construction budgets, timelines and quality control.

Casey currently serves on the board of the Pound Ridge Landmarks & Preservation Commission, and formerly served as a board member of the Bedford Historical Society spearheading the maintenance and repair of its numerous historical buildings.
